7 day Yoga Retreat in Paros

Nestled in the heart of the Greek island Paros, the retreat will take place at Roses Beach Hotel, a tranquil oasis surrounded by lush landscapes and the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea. Immerse yourself in the opulence of a small family-run hotel, providing a peaceful sanctuary for your journey of self-discovery and well-being.

2 x daily yoga sessions & a mindfulness meditation session

Our yoga sessions with Anna, adding a touch of the Alexander technique, will offer an active and practical investigation of:

•Coordination & posture alignment

•Deepening observation skills

•Identifying and overcoming habits

•Understanding the principle of non-doing (effortless action)

While our meditation sessions with Chrysanthi will help you learn how to tune into the present moment, live in it, fully and gracefully, being able to manage and address whatever comes your way.

How this will look like:

DAY 1
•Arrival and check -in after 3pm

•3:00 - 5:00pm: welcome buffet

•5:30pm: opening circle and meditation

DAY 2 - 5

•8:30 - 9:30 am: Revitalising Yoga

•9:30 - 10:30 am: Mindful Meditation

•10:30 - 11:30am: Breakfast

•11:30 - 5:30 pm: FREE TIME 

for personal practice, relaxation, pool, hikes, extra activities

•4:00 - 5:00 pm: scheduled private A.T. sessions (2 people/day)

•5:30 - 6:30 pm: Relaxing/Restorative Yoga

DAY 6

•8:30 - 9:30 am: Revitalising Yoga

•9:30 - 10:30 am: Mindful Meditation

•10:30 - 11:30am: Breakfast

•11:30 - 5:30 pm: FREE TIME

for personal practice, relaxation, pool, hikes, extra activities

•4:00 - 5:00 pm: scheduled private A.T. sessions (2 people/day)

•5:30 - 6:30 pm: Relaxing/Restorative Yoga

•7:30pm: Farewell Dinner

DAY 7

•8:30 - 9:30 am: Revitalising Yoga

•9:30 - 10:00 am: Closing Circle

•10:00 - 11:00 am: Breakfast

•11:00: Ckeck-out & Departure

In this retreat we give special attention to awareness, so you will be introduced to ways that you can become more aware and mindful of your body, mind and feelings and discover new tools that will assist you to break old habits and create new pathways.

Our retreat offers a purposeful shift in pace, routine, and surroundings. Take a deep breath, unwind, and reconnect with yourself in a space designed for self-discovery. It's your time to pause, let go of distractions, and reconnect with your inner self. You deserve this moment – embrace it fully.
